CTT Home Inspection offers pre-licensing property inspections tailored to Washington, DC’s Basic Business License (BBL) requirements. Our services are informational and intended to help clients prepare for official housing code inspections. We do not issue licenses or enforce code violations.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for landlords, homeowners, and property managers operating within Washington, DC. You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services.
3. Scheduling and Availability
Inspection availability is limited and subject to change. Joining our Early Access Waitlist does not guarantee service delivery. We reserve the right to prioritize clients based on readiness, location, and service demand.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms will be provided prior to booking. All fees are due before inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed once an inspection has been completed.
5. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access restricted areas. All content on this site is owned by CTT Home Inspection and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
